Match based on preferences you control (such as general location, SEN type, and aids), never hidden behavioural profiling. Messaging and connecting stay free at the heart of the experience; credits support optional noticeboard posts when you want to reach the wider community.
Organisations such as charities, schools, and support providers can sign in separately to post on the Noticeboard. They do not appear in Village matching, so peer discovery stays a space for families, while organisations share trusted updates with the community.
